Als Senior Backoffice Medewerker bij Perflexxion zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom onze flexcollega's administratief tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, werkt in een klein en betrokken team en krijgt volop ruimte om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten. Klaar voor een volgende stap? Als Senior Backoffice Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen rondom onze flexcollega's goed geregeld is. Van uren en verloning tot contracten, toeslagen en cao-bepalingen: jij weet hoe een uitzendbackoffice werkt en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie iedere week correct en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en weet waar je op moet letten. Zie je een afwijking in de uren, klopt een looncomponent niet of vraagt een situatie om extra controle? Dan zoek je uit wat er speelt en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de administratie die voor je ligt. Vanuit jouw ervaring signaleer je risico's en terugkerende knelpunten en denk je mee over hoe we onze werkwijze kunnen verbeteren. Je hebt veel contact met onze vestigingen en schakelt regelmatig met vestigingsmanagers, intercedenten en andere collega's. Zij kunnen bij jou terecht met inhoudelijke vragen over bijvoorbeeld verloning, contracten en flexadministratie. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Verwerken en controleren van uren, verloning, looncomponenten, toeslagen en vergoedingen - Controleren van contracten, arbeidsvoorwaarden en andere administr...
