We zoeken een professional die zijn salesvaardigheden verder wil ontwikkelen en zichzelf wil bewijzen om door te groeien naar een rol waarin je zelfstandig deals sluit. Jouw rol Je analyseert zorgvuldig de accounts en identificeert de belangrijkste stakeholders om je aanpak te optimaliseren. Met een proactieve houding zet je outbound acties in via telefoon, e-mail en LinkedIn, waarbij het niet schuwen voor cold calling centraal staat. Je kwalificeert potentiële klanten, voert diepgaande gesprekken om hun behoeften te ontdekken en draagt vervolgens gekwalificeerde kansen over aan het closeteam. Tijdens het traject loop je mee in het closingsproces om ervaring op te doen en uiteindelijk zelfstandig te kunnen sluiten. Wie we zoeken - Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare sales- of business developmentfunctie. - Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal vloeiend. - Je bent veerkrachtig en laat je niet ontmoedigen door afwijzing. - Stressbestendig met een sterke gedrevenheid en een mentaliteit gericht op winnen. - Je durft de telefoon te pakken en bent duidelijk in je communicatie. - Je staat open voor feedback en bent bereid te leren en je vaardigheden te verbeteren. - Je hebt een relevante HBO- of WO-opleiding afgerond.
