Ben jij een (Senior) Belastingadviseur die strategisch meedenkt met ondernemers? Bij Auren combineer je vaktechnische diepgang met ondernemerschap en leiderschap. Je bent sparringpartner voor cliënten, coach voor collega’s en samen verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei en kwaliteit van de fiscale praktijk.

Wat ga je doen?

- Adviseren over complexe fiscale vraagstukken en structuren

- Verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering, review en afronding van aangifte- en adviesopdrachten

- Opstellen en beoordelen van fiscale adviezen en aangiften

- Begeleiden van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en overleg met de Belastingdienst

- Ondersteunen bij belastingcontroles

- Aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en verantwoordelijk voor duurzame relaties

- Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, budget en rendement van dossiers

(Optioneel voor de Senior-rol:)

- Coachen en begeleiden van collega’s

- Bevorderen van vaktechnische kwaliteit en kennisdeling

- Actief bijdragen aan praktijk- en relatieontwikkeling

Wat neem je mee?

- WO Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie

- Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de fiscale adviespraktijk

- Sterke vaktechnische en analytische vaardigheden

- Strategisch, cliëntgericht en ondernemend

- Communicatief sterk en kwaliteitsgericht

- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands (en Engels)

Wat bieden wij jou?

- Salaris afhankelijk van ervaring: Belastingadviseur: € 4.329 – € 6.660 bruto per maand

Senior Belastingadviseur: € 5.951 – € 8.815 bruto per maand

- Werkweek: 32–40 uur

- Vakantie: 26 dagen + mogelijkheid tot aankoop van 6 extra dagen
