Word jij onze nieuwe collega? Senior Beleggingsstrateeg met focus op Duurzaam Beleggen De afdeling Fiduciair Advies is onderdeel van het Balansbeheer bij PGB Pensioendiensten. De afdeling voert diepgaande analyses uit op het gebied van ALM, strategisch beleggingsbeleid, portefeuilleconstructie en duurzaam beleggen, waarbij zowel oog is voor theorie als uitvoerbaarheid. Er wordt dan ook intensief samengewerkt met collega's van de andere afdelingen binnen Balansbeheer: Fiduciair Management (portefeuillemanagement), de Mid Office, en Risicomanagement. Op basis van de analyses worden adviezen aan het Bestuur van Pensioenfonds PGB opgesteld. Dit is een belangrijk onderdeel van het besluitvormingsproces dat leidt tot het (strategisch) beleggingsbeleid van Pensioenfonds PGB. De afdeling bestaat uit 8 personen met expertise op het gebied van Asset Liability Modelling, Beleggingsstrategie, Markten en Duurzaam Beleggen . Binnen dit team zoeken wij een nieuwe collega, met ervaring op het gebied van beleggen, portefeuillemanagement, beleggingsstrategie en duurzaam beleggen, die zich voornamelijk zal toeleggen op de vormgeving van het duurzaam beleggen beleid, binnen het door PGB Pensioendiensten gehanteerde kader Rendement, Risico, Duurzaamheid en Kosten. PGB Pensioendiensten heeft hoge ambities op het gebied van duurzaam beleggen. Ondersteuning bij de implementatie van het duurzaam beleggen beleid hoort nadrukkelijk ook tot de taken. Wat ga je doen? Je: - werkt intensief samen met 2 duurzaam beleggen collega's; - voert samen met hen werkzaamheden op gebied van engagement, stemmen, communicatie en rapportage over duurzaam beleggen uit; - verdiept je in de ontwikkelingen op gebied van duurzaam beleggen; - inventariseert en analyseert duurzaamheid en ESG-risico's in samenhang met beleggingsrendement, risico en kosten; - geeft de rol van PGB Pensioendiensten vorm binnen samenwerkingsverbanden (bijvoorbeeld binnen PRI, DEN, en met WWF Nederland...
