Senior Beleidsadviseur - Zoetermeer Introductie Voor onze eindklant zijn wij opzoek naar een Senior Beleidsadviseur voor 24 uur per week. Functie Omschrijving van de opdracht • Het vervullen van een coördinerende rol tussen Kennisnet en het programma Digitaal Veilig Onderwijs (DVO). Je bent het aanspreekpunt vanuit Kennisnet • voor Programmabureau, het ministerie van OCW, sectorraden, SIVON en de interne projectleiders. Daarnaast bereid je (bestuurlijke) overleggen voor en • draag je zorg voor de verantwoording. • Stakeholdermanagement met diverse stakeholders van Kennisnet. Vanuit Kennisnet leg je contact met diverse stakeholders en signaleert waar strategisch • interessante ontwikkelingen en samenwerkingsmogelijkheden liggen. Vanuit jouw ervaring draag je bij aan de professionalisering van ons • stakeholdermanagement. • Ondersteuning bij nieuwe beleidsvraagstukken waar tijdelijk extra inzet op is vereist. Functie-eisen - WO - Kennis van en affiniteit met vraagstukken rond digitale veiligheid (informatiebeveiliging en privacy) - Ruime (>5 jaar) ervaring met het coördineren van projecten in een publieke organisatie, bij voorkeur in het onderwijs - Ruime (>5 jaar) ervaring met publieke (onderwijs)vraagstukken en het schrijven van beleidsstukken - Proactieve houding, zelfstandig kunnen werken en samenwerkingsgericht. Wensen: - Ruime (>5 jaar) ervaring met stakeholdermanagement in een politiek/bestuurlijke context; - Ruime (>5 jaar) ervaring met het opstarten en structureren van projecten die onderdeel uitmaken van een groter samenhangend geheel; - Ruime (>5 jaar) ervaring binnen/kennis van het onderwijs of de publieke sector.
