Senior beleidsadviseur (32/36 uur) De focus ligt op technologie, digitalisering en gegevensuitwisseling. Je weet hierbij de vertaling te maken naar consequenties voor de praktijk, de vereniging, bekostiging en de arbeidsmarkt. Dit ben jij Je durft out of the box te denken, neemt het voortouw en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Met een open en nieuwsgierige blik zoek je actief naar nieuwe kennis, inzichten en manieren om (complexe) vraagstukken aan te pakken. Hierbij heb je bijzondere interesse in de mogelijkheden die nieuwe technologieën bieden. Je bent van nature geïnteresseerd in vraagstukken rondom AI, waarmee je de sector en het bureau van de VGN kan helpen innoveren. Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met beleidsvraagstukken in de zorg. Ook toon je initiatief en beschik je over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je doelgericht kunt opereren in een politiek-bestuurlijk krachtenveld. Verder ben je goed in het inzichtelijk maken van (nieuwe) ontwikkelingen en het vertalen hiervan in beleid. Verder heb je: - kennis en inzicht in wet- en regelgeving in de (gehandicapten)zorg; - ervaring in strategische beleidsadvisering; - affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg; - kennis van en ervaring met vraagstukken rondom technologie, digitalisering en gegevensuitwisseling; - ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en/of werkzaamheden; - een academisch denk- en werkniveau. Dit is wat je gaat doen Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - het creëren en onderhouden van een strategisch netwerk met leden, cliënten- en beroepsorganisaties en externe stakeholders (zoals ministeries, zorgkantoren, inspectie en brancheorganisaties) waarbinnen kennis, ervaringen en inzichten worden gedeeld en beleid wordt beïnvloed. Je vervult daarbij onder meer de rol van secretaris van de bestuurlijke adviescommissie (BAC) gericht op digitalisering en technologische innovatie en ondersteunt andere bestuurlijke gremia bij inhoudelijke voor...
