Over de opdracht Gemeente Stichtse Vecht zoekt een senior beleidsadviseur Schuldhulpverlening en Armoede. Als senior beleidsadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van het beleid rondom armoede, schulden en bestaanszekerheid. Je zorgt dat beleid goed aansluit bij wat inwoners nodig hebben én uitvoerbaar is voor de organisatie en onze partners. De komende jaren ligt er een stevige opgave. Stichtse Vecht wil inwoners met financiële problemen eerder bereiken, sterker inzetten op preventie en zorgen voor een laagdrempelige toegang tot schuldhulpverlening. Ook wordt gewerkt aan een integraal beleidsplan bestaanszekerheid, waarin armoede, schulden en werk met elkaar worden verbonden. We zoeken daarom iemand die het dossier goed kent, zelfstandig kan werken en makkelijk schakelt tussen beleid, uitvoering en bestuur. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je bezig met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het beleid rondom armoede en schuldhulpverlening. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je schrijft het integraal beleidsplan bestaanszekerheid, waarin armoede, schulden en werk met elkaar worden verbonden. Je haalt hiervoor informatie en input op binnen en buiten de organisatie en vertaalt dit naar een concreet en uitvoerbaar beleidsplan. - Je werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het armoede- en schuldenbeleid. - Je ontwikkelt de aanpak van vroegsignalering en preventie verder. Je kijkt daarbij naar het bereiken van inwoners, de samenwerking met betrokken partijen en de resultaten van de aanpak. - Je werkt aan een laagdrempelige en toegankelijke toegang tot schuldhulpverlening. - Je beoordeelt de subsidieaanvragen die binnenkomen op basis van de nie...
