Voor Capelle en Krimpen doen we dat ook voor de ICT. Voor de afdeling Sociale Zaken, binnen de unit Advies, Ondersteuning & Controle, zijn we op zoek naar een senior beleidsadviseur/secretaris directie en bestuur Sociale Zaken. Het werkveld Inwoners uit Capelle, Krimpen en Zuidplas kunnen terecht bij de afdeling Sociale Zaken als ze een uitkering willen aanvragen, werk zoeken of schulden hebben. De afdeling bestaat uit 5 units: Advies, Ondersteuning & Controle, Werk(plein), Activering & Zorg, Inkomen, én Intake & Handhaving. Sociale Zaken is een dynamische afdeling in het hart van een veranderende samenleving. Werk zien wij als de beste kans om mee te doen in de samenleving, sociale contacten te onderhouden en afglijden naar armoede te voorkomen. Over Advies, Ondersteuning & Controle Binnen de unit Advies, Ondersteuning en Control (AOC) komen verschillende expertises samen. Van beleid en juridische functies tot kwaliteit en (financiële) control. Vanuit onze verbindende, ondersteunende en adviserende rol werken we nauw samen met de uitvoerende units en helpen we hen om hun werk zo goed mogelijk te doen. Juist de combinatie van verschillende vakgebieden maakt het team veelzijdig: we delen kennis, zoeken elkaar actief op en bekijken vraagstukken vanuit verschillende perspectieven.
