Gemeente Rijswijk De gemeente Rijswijk bestaat uit ongeveer 600 collega’s. Onze stad groeit. Er komen steeds meer inwoners bij. Ons dienstenpakket wordt groter en veranderingen gaan steeds sneller. Hierdoor zijn wij als organisatie volop in beweging. Jouw ideeën en kennis kunnen we hierbij goed gebruiken. In onze organisatie: - Ben jij welkom met jouw ideeën en kennis - Stimuleren wij een inclusieve (werk)cultuur De opdracht Als Senior Beleidsmedewerker Wegbeheer werk je aan een toekomstbestendige openbare ruimte. In deze functie combineer je jouw technische kennis met tactisch inzicht op de werkzaamheden. Je levert een grote bijdrage aan slimme, maar bovenal duurzame oplossingen. Jouw doel: ervoor zorgen dat onze gemeentelijke infrastructuur veilig, functioneel en goed onderhouden blijft. Hierin werk je op het snijvlak van beleid, beheer en uitvoering en vertaalt data en inspectieresultaten naar concreet beleid en realistische onderhoudsplannen. In jouw rol werk je intensief samen met collega’s van het beleidsteam Stadsbeheer van Water, Kabels en Leidingen, Riolering, Groen, Spelen en Grondstoffen. Kortom: dankzij jouw verbinding regel jij dat plannen niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook buiten zichtbaar resultaat opleveren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere het: - Opstellen, herijken en actualiseren van beleidskaders voor wegen; - Opstellen van meerjarige beheer-, onderhouds- en uitvoeringsplannen van wegen; - Optreden als opdrachtgever voor projecten op basis van de beheerplannen en Lange Termijn Investeringsplan; - Aansturen en bewaken van contracten en afspraken onderhouden met externe partijen; - Analyseren van beheerdata en vertalen van cijfers naar sturingsinformatie voor bestuur..
