Je vervult een vaste inhoudelijke rol binnen het team Erfgoed en neemt de bestaande portefeuille en verantwoordelijkheden van de functie tijdelijk over. De focus ligt op het waarborgen van continuïteit, het begeleiden van lopende dossiers en het leveren van hoogwaardige beleidsmatige en bestuurlijke advisering op het gebied van erfgoed. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Kernverantwoordelijkheden - Bewaken van de samenhang tussen erfgoeddossiers, het stellen van prioriteiten en zorgdragen voor tijdige voortgang van werkzaamheden. - Fungeren als vast inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor erfgoedvraagstukken binnen de organisatie. - Adviseren van bestuur, management, collega's en externe partijen over complexe en politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelige erfgoedvraagstukken. - Actieve bijdrage aan bestuurlijke besluitvorming en bewaking van kwaliteit en integraliteit van erfgoedadviezen. - Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en implementeren van erfgoedbeleid en vertalen daarvan naar de gemeentelijke praktijk. - Borgen van erfgoed binnen het omgevingsplan, ruimtelijke plannen en gebiedsontwikkelingen. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden - Beheren van de erfgoedportefeuille en bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en samenhang van lopende dossiers. - Verzorgen van dagelijkse inhoudelijke afstemming binnen het team Erfgoed. - Opstellen, beoordelen en coördineren van bestuurlijke voorstellen, adviezen en beleidsstukken. - Onderhouden van contacten met inwoners, erfgoedorganisaties, maatschappelijke partners, adviescommissies en andere betrokken stakeholders. - Coördineren van het erfgoedplatform en stimuleren van samenwerk...
