Als senior beleidsmedewerker openbare orde en veiligheid werk je aan actuele veiligheidsvraagstukken die inwoners, ondernemers en bezoekers direct raken. In deze veelzijdige functie maak je zichtbaar impact op de veiligheid en leefbaarheid van onze gemeente. Wij zijn op zoek naar een tijdelijke collega voor de duur van een jaar. Het betreft een functie voor 18 uur per week. 4945 - 6836 bruto per maand Juridische- en Veiligheidszaken De functie van senior beleidsmedewerker openbare orde en veiligheid is dynamisch en divers. Zo ontwikkel je beleid op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid maar coördineer, plan en implementeer je in sommige gevallen ook de uitvoering. De onderwerpen die aan ons zijn toevertrouwt raken mensen direct. Dat vraagt om verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, maar ook inzicht en omgevingssensitiviteit. Ons strategisch doel is om onze inwoners, mensen die hier werken en bezoekers een leefbare en veilige leefomgeving te bieden. Ondermijnende criminaliteit, overlast, ordeverstoringen en cybercrime veroorzaken gevoelens van onveiligheid en ontwrichten de samenleving. Die problemen pakken we daarom aan. We versterken intern de samenwerking maar ook met lokale, regionale en de landelijke partners op het gebied van veiligheid. We vinden preventie een volwaardig onderdeel van het Leeuwarder veiligheidsbeleid. Onze senior beleidsmedewerkers openbare orde en veiligheid hebben een cruciale rol om dit doel te bereiken. We zoeken een collega die breed inzetbaar is op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid en die ervaren is in het ondersteunen van bestuurders. Je weet wat je in de praktijk moet doen om ons strategisch doel te bereiken, ook als belangen tegengesteld zijn of lijken. Uiteraard sta je hier niet alleen voor aan de lat.
