Klantvriendelijk, met een glimlach en altijd bereid een stapje extra te zetten om de leukste boodschap te leveren. Een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke baan voor een senior bezorger bij wie de klant altijd op één staat. Maak van klanten fans als senior bezorger Hoera, een nieuwe bezorgdag bij het magazijn (HUB) in Bergen op Zoom. Voor je collega's komen om hun bussen op te halen ben jij al bezig met je coördinerende taken. Als senior bezorger heb jij namelijk ook een leidinggevende rol. Van productkwaliteitscontroles tot het klaarleggen van de tablets, jou ontgaat niks. Ook niet wat je collega's betreft, want jij stuurt ze aan en werkt nieuwe mensen in. Daarnaast stap jij zelf ook in een bezorgbus als bezorger. Je bezorgt netjes je bestellingen, neemt emballage mee terug en ruimt na afloop alles op. Als senior bezorger maak je een onuitwisbare indruk op de klant. Bijvoorbeeld met een handgeschreven kaartje als je hoort dat iemand jarig is. Om te kunnen starten neem jij mee: - Je beschikt over MBO4 werk- en -denkniveau - Een rijbewijs B (minstens 3 maanden). - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands. - De leidinggevende vaardigheid om je collega's coachend aan te sturen. Wij werken in verschillende shifts: Bijvoorbeeld van 6:00 tot 15:00, van 15:00 tot 23:00 en/of van 17:15 tot 23:00 uur. Een toffe baan met - Een mooi bruto salaris van €15,47 per uur (vanaf 21 jaar of ouder). - 24 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en wekelijks 3 uur Atv (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek). - Recht op verschillende extra vergoedingen zoals een toeslag als je werkt tussen 22:00 en 06.00 uur en op zon- en feestdagen, reiskostenvergoeding én maaltijdvergoeding. - 10% korting op je boodschappen die we via je salaris uitbetalen...
