Jij als Senior Bezorger & Mentor Werken als Senior Bezorger & Mentor bij HST TransMission biedt volop afwisseling. Dagelijks bezorgen we duizenden pakketten en pallets door heel Nederland. Onze routes leiden je vooral door Twente en de omliggende regio. Als Senior Bezorger zorg je dat iedere ontvanger zijn zending op tijd ontvangt én help 49 je nieuwe collega's om het vak te leren. Net als jouw 3FC0 collega's start je doorgaans om 05.00 uur of 07.00 uur op de loods. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de wagens geladen worden en vertrek je met een goed gevulde bus op route. Gedurende de dag bezoek je klanten, lever je zendingen af en haal je goederen op voor het TransMission-netwerk. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is jouw rol als mentor. Nieuwe bezorgers kunnen bij jou terecht voor vragen over het werk, klantcontact, veilig rijden en het efficiënt uitvoeren van hun route. Jij laat zien hoe we bij HST werken en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's zich snel thuis voelen binnen het team. Je bent een voorbeeld op de weg én op de werkvloer. Dankzij jouw ervaring help je mee om onze dienstverlening iedere dag een stukje beter te maken. Je team In totaal werken bij HST Groep ruim 520 mensen. Bij het bedrijfsonderdeel waar jij voor gaat werken, HST TransMission, vind je 120 collega's waarvan 78 chauffeurs. De gemiddelde leeftijd is 40 jaar. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-bezorgers, planners en onze klantenservice. Loop je onderweg tegen iets aan? Dan staan jouw collega's van de planning en klantenservice altijd voor je klaar.
