Du möchtest den Finanzbereich eines wachsenden Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten? Im Zuge der Neustrukturierung unseres Finance-Bereichs schaffen wir eine neue Schlüsselposition. Gemeinsam mit der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems und der Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Accounting-Partner gestalten wir unsere Finanzprozesse zukunftsfit. Für diese spannende Aufgabe suchen wir Dich ab 01.11.2026 zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. 1 (Senior) Bilanzbuchhalter_in Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die Haupt- und Nebenbuchhaltung

* Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive Anhang und Lagebericht

* Durchführung der Konsolidierung und Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach UGB

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung der Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Durchführung steuerlicher Meldungen und Erklärungen (insbesondere Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Zusammenfassende Meldungen)

* Bearbeitung laufender steuerlicher Fragestellungen mit Schwerpunkt Umsatzsteuer und Körperschaftsteuer

* Klärung komplexer Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsfragen sowie Erarbeitung praxisorientierter Lösungen

* Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Steuerberater:innen und interne Fachbereiche

* Aktive Mitgestaltung der ERP-Einführung als Key User (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Finanzprozesse

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzierung und Abschlusserstellung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Unternehmensgesetzbuch (UGB)

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

* Sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse (z.B. BMD NTCS oder Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
