Als senior BOA ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het bewaken van de openbare orde en veiligheid in Maassluis. Je gaat actief aan de slag en coacht jouw collega's om hen te helpen en te inspireren. Als senior BOA speel jij een belangrijke rol bij het handhaven van de openbare orde en veiligheid in Maassluis. In deze functie ben je niet alleen gespecialiseerd in één onderdeel, maar werk je juist in de volle breedte van het vak. Maassluis is een relatief kleine gemeente. Om die reden krijg je de kans om je handhavingswerkzaamheden van A tot Z uit te voeren. Jij coacht onze BOA's en toezichthouders op straat en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Zo zorg je ervoor dat zij goed voorbereid en zelfverzekerd op pad gaan. Daarnaast onderhoud jij het contact met inwoners en ondernemers, zodat je samen bijdraagt aan een veilige en leefbare gemeente. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn onder andere: - Handhaven van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen domein I; - Ondersteunen van collega's bij het opstellen van proces-verbalen en rapportages; - Organiseren van de dagelijkse briefing; - Samenwerken met de handhavingsjurist; - Afhandelen van meldingen.
