We zoeken geen standaard boekhouder, maar een vertrouwenspersoon. Iemand die energie haalt uit verantwoordelijkheid, discretie en inhoudelijke diepgang. In deze rol krijg je de kans om van dichtbij mee te bouwen aan een Family Office-structuur en een sleutelpositie in te nemen binnen een uitgebreid vastgoedportfolio. Dit is een functie voor professionals die hun vak beheersen én impact willen maken.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en betrouwbare Boekhouder die als rechterhand zal optreden van de Head of Family Office. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van een 40-tal vennootschappen, van A tot Z, en ondersteunt bij het financieel en fiscaal beheer van de ondernemingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van de volledige boekhouding van een 40-tal vennootschappen
  • Opstellen van BTW-aangiftes, fiscale rapportages en jaarrekeningen
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle financiële documenten
  • Ondersteunen van de Head of Family Office bij administratieve en financiële taken
  • Bewaken van financiële en fiscale compliance
  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor
  • Grondige kennis van boekhouding, BTW-regels en fiscale wetgeving
  • Discreet, betrouwbaar en integer
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig en proactief kunnen werken in een dynamische omgeving
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch inzicht
