In deze groeiende craft brouwerij in regio Gent/Evergem krijg je als ervaren boekhouder en accountant de ruimte om de financiële structuur te versterken en actief mee te denken.   • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor correcte, volledige en tijdige maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Balans, resultatenrekening en cashflow analyseren en vertalen naar duidelijke rapportering voor het management.
  • Afwijkingen signaleren en proactief meedenken over optimalisaties in processen en financiële structuur.
  • Instaan voor btw-aangiftes en andere wettelijke verplichtingen binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.
  • Vennootschapsbelasting voorbereiden en de jaarrekening opstellen volgens Belgisch boekhoudrecht (BE GAAP) en neerleggen bij de NBB.
  • Vaste activa en intercompany-verrichtingen beheren en interne controles en procedures verder uitbouwen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor accountant, revisor, fiscus en banken en de samenwerking coördineren.
  • Cijfers vertalen naar heldere inzichten voor niet-financiële collega's zodat zij gefundeerde operationele beslissingen kunnen nemen.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy & fiscaliteit en een sterke basis in boekhouding.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een allround boekhoudkundige functie, inclusief afsluitingen en financiële rapportering.
  • Ervaring met zelfstandig werken in een productie- of kmo-omgeving, met oog voor nauwkeurigheid, structuur en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om financiële informatie helder uit te leggen aan niet-financiële collega's.
  • Vlotte beheersing van Excel, Word en PowerPoint en interesse in data-gedreven werken.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en Business Central is een plus en helpt je om rapportering en interne controle verder te professionaliseren.
