In Antwerpen biedt een toonaangevende zorgorganisatie jou de kans om als Senior Boekhouder deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team. Hier krijg je niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook de ruimte om processen te verbeteren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Als Senior Boekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een transparante en efficiënte boekhouding binnen de organisatie. Je taken omvatten:

  • Het uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige analyses, controles en het geven van advies om de financiële processen te optimaliseren.
  • Het formuleren van voorstellen en adviezen aan het management om de werking continu te verbeteren.
  • Het tijdig en correct verzorgen van maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor de juridische entiteit.
  • Het beheren en begrijpen van uniforme boekhoudprocessen zoals vaste activa, subsidies, lonen en wedden.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met het crediteurenteam en debiteurenteam binnen de afdeling Boekhouding.
  • Deelname aan projecten waarbij je jouw specifieke vakkennis inzet om financiële gevolgen van beslissingen te bewaken.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de volledige boekhouding van de juridische entiteit en rapporteren aan de Manager Boekhouding.

Voor deze uitdagende functie als Senior Boekhouder zoeken we iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring heeft; ervaring in de zorgsector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Een sterke kennis heeft van algemene boekhoudkundige technieken en processen.
  • Ervaring heeft met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP is een groot voordeel.
  • Uitstekend overweg kan met MS Excel.
  • Analytisch en procesmatig denkt, accuraat werkt en initiatief neemt om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Stressbestendig is, zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen.
  • Kennis heeft van werken binnen een publieke context (pluspunt).
  • Integriteit uitstraalt, aandacht heeft voor diversiteit en efficiënt omgaat met mensen, middelen, tijd en materiaal.
