Senior Boekhouder (m/v/x), regio Temse.

Voor een organisatie actief binnen een technisch‑operationele omgeving zoeken we een nauwkeurige en analytische Senior Boekhouder. In deze rol werk je mee aan de correcte verwerking van de volledige boekhouding en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de financiële rapportering en procesoptimalisatie.

Functie:

Je maakt deel uit van het finance team en werkt nauw samen met de CFO. Je staat in voor een correcte, tijdige en gestructureerde verwerking van de boekhoudkundige en financiële gegevens. Daarnaast denk je mee over de verdere professionalisering en efficiëntie van interne processen.

Takenpakket:

  • Verwerken van aankoopfacturen, financiële dagboeken en documenten uit het scanningssysteem.
  • Opsporen en corrigeren van foutieve boekingen.
  • Inbouwen en optimaliseren van interne controlepunten.
  • Uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige taken binnen grootboek, leveranciersadministratie en vaste activa.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van maandelijkse voorzieningen en analytische boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.
  • Opstellen van BTW‑aangiftes en meewerken aan maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Meevolgen van debiteuren en ondersteunen bij cash‑flowbeheer.
  • Meewerken aan budgettering, forecasting en procesverbeteringen.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan projecten binnen finance en de bredere organisatie.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse ad‑hoc administratieve en financiële opdrachten.

Profiel:

Je bent een analytische, zorgvuldige professional met een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert net zo goed binnen een team, en je weet prioriteiten te bepalen wanneer deadlines samenkomen.

Jouw achtergrond en competenties:

  • Bachelor Accountancy‑Fiscaliteit.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen Accountancy of Controlling.
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel; bekendheid met ClearFacts, Exact Online of Odoo is een plus.
  • Sterk in data‑analyse en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Gestructureerd, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig.
  • Discreet en in staat om efficiënt en precies te werken.
  • Teamgericht met een proactieve en communicatieve werkstijl.
  • Bereidheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een evoluerende financiële omgeving.
