Ons beheergebied kenmerkt zich door een grote variatie aan terreinen: - drie Natura 2000 gebieden; - grootschalige riviernatuur langs de waal en de maas met jaarrond begrazing; - kleinschalige natuur langs de rivier de Linge; - graslanden en bospercelen door het gehele beheergebied; - cultuurhistorische landschapselement met oa grienden en eendenkooien; - recreatiegebieden,forten en schuilplaatsen van de Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. De functie van senior boswachter beheer is uitdagend en afwisselend. Je hebt de laarzen in de klei, maar houdt ondertussen het overzicht over planningen en budgetten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse beheerwerkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang en de kwaliteit, met behulp van Fieldmaps. Je stelt jaarplannen op conform de SNL-systematiek. Je denkt mee in de opstart en implementatie van projecten. Dit alles in nauwe samenwerking met collega's, aannemers en externe partijen. Kortom: een groene spilfunctie. Naast de inhoudelijke kant van het werk geef je functioneel en mensgericht leiding aan collega-boswachters beheer. Ons team breidt uit, er is ruimte voor twee senior boswachters beheer met ieder met eigen specialisatie. Je komt terecht in een team met zowel nieuwe als zeer ervaren collega's. Alle kansen om een mooi team op te bouwen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de teamleider en de senior boswachters beheer, publiek en ecologie. Als senior boswachter beheer ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor; - het afsluiten en beheren van pacht- en huurcontracten; - het signaleren van kansen voor efficiënter beheer en betere bedrijfsvoering; - het up-to-date houden van ons Gis-systeem; - het opstellen...
