Taakomschrijving Als senior bouwinspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor toezicht op de correcte naleving van beleid, wet- en regelgeving en vergunningen in de gemeente. Je bent vanuit jouw bouwkundige expertise in gesprek met aanvragers en aannemers en geeft aan waar het goed gaat en waar aanpassingen nodig zijn om aan te sluiten bij (wettelijke) kaders. Je werkt operationeel mee in het team met bouwinspecteurs. Daarnaast heb je een coachende en sturende rol richting de wat minder ervaren collega's. Je coaching richt zich o.a. op het vergroten van inhoudelijke kennis en procesmatige begeleiding. In de volle breedte van de rol heb je een voorbeeldfunctie richting de collega's. Verder verzorg je de functionele aansturing van de collega's waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor de kwantiteit en kwaliteit van het werk.
