Onze 100 medewerkers en hoe wij onderling én met onze opdrachtgevers samenwerken. Dat maakt ons betrouwbaar, al 90 jaar. Wij hebben de boel écht goed geregeld, op de bouw en intern. Dit wordt jouw baan bij Raedts Je wordt onderdeel van het team S&O. Het ene moment sta je bij een opdrachtgever en plan en verzorg je de werkzaamheden voor de klant. Het andere moment neem je verschillende renovaties op, denk aan onder andere aan keuken- en badkamerrenovaties. Je beoordeelt deze en wijst ze toe aan de juiste collega of onderaannemer. Daarnaast coördineer je diverse klusprojecten, onder andere voor gemeenten. Je neemt het werk op locatie op, stemt de werkzaamheden af met de opdrachtgever, maakt een planning en prijsopgave en schakelt collega's of onderaannemers in. Je bewaakt de uitvoering, kwaliteit en oplevering. Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding en maakt het administratief in orde. Daarbij bewaak je de afhandeling en stelt prijsopgaven en afrekeningen op. Je krijgt veel ruimte om je werk zelfstandig te organiseren en prioriteiten te stellen. Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit zijn dan ook belangrijke kwaliteiten in deze functie. Je bent een organisator pur sang. Jij hebt namelijk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, werkt graag samen en je weet hoe je om moet gaan met de verschillende huurders en opdrachtgevers. Jij zorgt dat klanttevredenheid geen loos woord is, maar ook echt ervaren wordt. Daarbij weet jij wanneer er echt gas gegeven moet worden en zorg je dat je met jouw team samen het doel bereikt.
