Als Business Analist bij InnSpire ben je de tolk tussen business en techniek, en je staat er nooit alleen voor. Als Business Analist bij InnSpire werk je samen met een wisselende mix van opdrachtgevers, van overheidsorganisaties zoals de Belastingdienst en DICTU tot ambitieuze klanten als Waternet, JEX, IHC Merwede en FiveDegrees. Voordat we je voorstellen bij een klant, bespreken we samen wat bij je past: je hebt altijd het laatste woord. Je bent de schakel tussen bedrijfsdoelen en technische uitvoering. Je doorgrondt bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikersbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar epics, user stories en acceptatiecriteria. Samen met Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, developers en andere Business Analisten werk je aan oplossingen die echt verschil maken. Bij opdrachten binnen de Rijksoverheid werk je binnen kaders als NORA en BIO, en breng je processen in kaart met UML of BPMN. Je denkt actief mee over strategie en visie, en presenteert je inzichten helder op operationeel en managementniveau. En je staat er nooit alleen voor: elke vier weken kom je met je Gilde-genoten bij elkaar om casussen te delen en scherp te blijven. Wat bieden wij jou?
