In het kort: Je gaat processen, klantreizen, rollen, datastromen en CRM-behoeften analyseren, requirements prioriteren en een gedragen ontwerp, datamodel, governancevoorstel en roadmap ontwikkelen in nauwe samenwerking met diverse interne stakeholders. Beschrijving van werkzaamheden/ opdracht (Inspannings- of resultaatverplichting): Het gaat nadrukkelijk niet om een technische implementatieconsultant of projectmanager, maar om iemand die ons helpt het fundament onder het programma te leggen. De opdracht bestaat uit het in kaart brengen van de huidige en gewenste processen, klantreizen, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, datastromen en functionele behoeften rondom klantcontact, klantdata en CRM. De beoogde resultaten van deze opdracht zijn onder andere: - Een uitgewerkt beeld van de huidige (as-is) en gewenste (to-be) processen (Fit - Gap analyse); - Een overzicht van benodigde functionaliteiten en capabilities voor CRM 2.0 en MyPortbase. Idealiter vanuit; - Een eerste logisch datamodel en governancevoorstel; - Geprioriteerde requirements; - Een roadmap en fundament voor de latere implementatiefase. De consultant zal veel gesprekken voeren met stakeholders vanuit Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, IAM, Platform, Product Management en Community om tot een gedragen ontwerp en aanpak te komen. Eisen -Dienstverband: ZZP (of detachering) - Afas kennis en CRM-kennis. - Stakeholder management. - Nederlands/Engels geen pre, maar wel zeer waardevol. Wensen - CRM-transformaties en customer experience. - Business analyse en requirements management. - Procesmodellering en customer journey mapping. - Datagovernance en klantdatamanagement. - Stakeholdermanagement en workshopfacilitatie. - Digitale klantportalen en geïntegreerde klantprocessen. - We zullen dit met enige waarschijnlijkheid binnen AFAS gaan doen dus diepe kennis hiervan is een pre.
