Deze analisten functie biedt uitgebreide kennis op verschillende gebieden. Bovendien is de Senior Business Analist een persoon met prima sociale vaardigheden om de business en de ICT met elkaar te verbinden. Welke taken neemt de Senior Business Analist voor zijn rekening? De Senior Business Analist richt zich op het manifest maken, onderkennen en vertalen van de behoeftes van de business naar intelligente oplossingen. Daaropvolgend neemt de Senior Business Analist de implementatie van het veranderingsproject voor zijn rekening. ICT wordt daarbij regelmatig toegepast. De Senior Business Analist vormt de brug tussen managers, afdelingen en staf en houdt rekening met vele optieken van de bedrijfsvoering. Tenslotte dienst de Senior Business Analist te zorgen voor de organisatorische embedding van het nieuwe project. Als werkers de nieuwe werkomgeving accepteren is een beter rendement te verwachten.
