Senior Business analist Implementatie Financiën en Inkoop - Haarlem Introductie Voor Provincie Noord-Holland zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Business analist Implementatie Financiën en Inkoop voor 32 uur per week Organisatie Programma BVS (Bedrijfsvoeringsystemen) Met programma BVS vervangt de Provincie Noord- Holland haar bedrijfsvoeringssystemen. De afgelopen 20 jaar is binnen HR, Financiën, Inkoop en Projectbeheersing met bedrijfsprocessen gewerkt in SAP ECC. Op 31 december 2027 eindigt de reguliere ondersteuning hiervan. Om de continuïteit te borgen en doorontwikkeling mogelijk te maken van deze processen is programma BVS gestart. Binnen dit programma worden in drie projecten aanbestedingen en implementaties gerealiseerd: · Project HR (aanbesteding gerealiseerd, AFAS geselecteerd, implementatie loopt) · Project Fin en Inkoop (aanbesteding gerealiseerd, implementatie in voorbereidende fase) Projectbeheersing (aanbesteding loopt) Functie De Senior Business Consultant Implementatie Financiën en Inkoop is verantwoordelijk voor de bredere inhoudelijke coördinatie van de implementatie van het nieuwe financiële systeem. De rol vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de financiële organisatie en andere organisatieonderdelen, het projectteam en de softwareleverancier. De Senior Business Consultant organiseert interne workshops, met als doel om informatie te verzamelen voor financiële processen, rapportagebehoeften, compliance-eisen en functionele wensen en legt deze informatie vast ten behoeve van de inrichting en het testen van het systeem. Hierbij levert de businessconsultant onderstaande producten op. Daarmee zorgt de consultant voor inhoudelijke samenhang, kwaliteit en voortgang binnen het implementatietraject en ontzorgt de consultant het projectteam.
