Je stapt in waar vraagstukken nog niet volledig zijn uitgekristalliseerd, brengt snel structuur aan en zorgt samen met de business dat verandering daadwerkelijk wordt gerealiseerd. In deze senior rol combineer je analyse en advisering met hands-on delivery. Wie ben jij Je bent een ervaren change professional die comfortabel is in complexiteit en ambiguïteit. Je doorgrondt snel wat er speelt, maakt samenhang en keuzes expliciet en vertaalt strategische ambities naar een uitvoerbare veranderagenda. Je bent geen coördinator op afstand, maar neemt eigenaarschap voor voortgang en resultaat. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor management en directie. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht op de operatie: je analyseert, schrijft, structureert, faciliteert en realiseert zelf. Je houdt overzicht in complexe omgevingen en weet verschillende belangen, afhankelijkheden en stakeholders effectief bij elkaar te brengen. Verder beschik je over: - Ruime ervaring met complexe business change-, programma- of transformatieopgaven. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig realiseren van meerdere veranderopgaven, van eerste vraagstuk tot implementatie en duurzame borging. - Sterke ervaring met programma- en projectmanagement, change management en implementatie. - Ervaring met portfolio management en/of strategy execution, waaronder prioritering, roadmapping en afhankelijkheden. - Aantoonbare ervaring met Lean, Operational Excellence of vergelijkbare verbetermethodieken. - De senioriteit om op management- en directieniveau ...
