Je overziet complexe financiële vraagstukken, stuurt verbeterprogramma's aan en adviseert het management op basis van scherpe analyses en een duidelijke visie. Waar een medior vooral uitvoert en optimaliseert, ben jij degene die richting geeft, keuzes onderbouwt en verandering in gang zet. Dit ga je doen Jouw expertise maakt het verschil bij onze opdrachtgevers. Je werkt aan uitdagende opdrachten waarin je organisaties helpt financieel sterker te worden. Je: - Analyseert complexe financiële data en vertaalt deze naar strategische inzichten en scenario's. - Adviseert directie en management over financiële sturing, risico's, investeringen en performance. - Stuurt verbeterprojecten aan, zoals procesoptimalisatie, datagedreven werken of professionalisering van de planning & control cyclus. - Bouwt dashboards, KPI structuren en rapportages die organisaties helpen beter te sturen. - Coacht en begeleidt junior en medior consultants binnen jouw opdracht. - Signaleert kansen voor verbetering en neemt het voortouw in de implementatie. - Overziet de financiële impact van organisatie brede veranderingen, zoals digitalisering, reorganisaties of groei initiatieven. - Bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor stakeholders op alle niveaus, van teamleiders tot CFO.
