Als Senior Business Controller stuur je de financiën aan van de IT-divisie van JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS B.V. Je realiseert impact op het snijvlak van finance, change en IT-strategie. In deze rol stuur je de P&L, balans en Operating Working Capital aan van de IT-organisatie. Je bent de strategische sparringpartner voor budgethouders en het IT-management. Met jouw inzichten optimaliseer je kosten, stuur je op waardecreatie en leid je complexe financiële veranderprocessen in een internationale context. - Je formuleert het jaarlijkse IT-budget en stelt maandelijkse forecasts op. - Je analyseert en rapporteert over periodieke financiële resultaten en werkkapitaal. - Je adviseert budgethouders proactief over kostenbeheersing en besparingen. - Je stroomlijnt financiële processen en stuurt op changemanagement. - Je leidt en ondersteunt (inter)nationale, afdelingsoverschrijdende projecten. Samen met JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS B.V. geef je richting aan een hoogwaardige IT-financiële organisatie en til je de P&L-sturing naar een hoger niveau. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in IT Business Control. - Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële richting. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met strategisch product- en changemanagement. - Je beheerst de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
