All About Work Senior Business Controller voor IT domein Tilburg Over de functie TiU/555984 Je gaat aan de slag als Senior Business Controller voor het IT-domein binnen een complexe organisatieomgeving. In deze opdracht versterk je de financiële grip op de huidige dienstverlening en veranderprogramma's van Library & IT Services. Je brengt kostenstructuren, kostendrijvers, risico's en kansen scherp in beeld en vertaalt deze naar concrete maatregelen en keuzes. Daarnaast adviseer je over strategische IT-vraagstukken en bouw je mee aan een financieel meerjarenperspectief dat het management ondersteunt bij sturing en besluitvorming. Je bent de strategisch financieel adviseur en het financiële geweten van de CIO/directeur LIS en het Managementteam. Daarbij werk je samen met een team bestaande uit 1 Business Controller en 2 Assistant Business Controllers en schakel je ook met de Afdeling Business Control van Finance & Control. Wat ga je doen - Je verkrijgt inzicht in de huidige kostenstructuur van LIS en identificeert de belangrijkste kostendrijvers. Daarbij maak je onderscheid tussen kosten die gemaakt worden voor de dienstverlening (run) en kosten die gemaakt worden voor de langdurige organisatieontwikkeling (change) en toekomstige vernieuwing (innovate). - Je realiseert en verankert structureel kort cyclische financiële sturing op de deliverables van de belangrijkste implementatieprojecten en programma's binnen LIS. - Je identificeert risico's en kansen binnen de huidige kostenstructuur en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbetervoorstellen en maatregelen gericht op kostenbeheersing. Daarbij draag je actief bij aan de besluitvorming, implementatie en monitoring van de gekozen maatregelen. - Je adviseert financieel over de verdere ontwikkeling van Future LIS Infrastructure & Future Organization en draagt bij aan de financiële onderbouwing van relevante keuzes, bijvoorbeeld rondom sourcing en digitalisering. - Je vertaalt de ontwikkeling...
