Senior Business Controller De organisatie Movares is een advies- en ingenieursbureau dat organisaties ondersteunt bij het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en realiseren van complexe projecten in de fysieke leefomgeving. Vanuit technische expertise, data en digitale innovatie helpt Movares overheden, netbeheerders en (semi-)publieke organisaties bij toekomstbestendige oplossingen voor spoor-, mobiliteit-, energie- en infrastructuurvraagstukken. De huidige Movares Group is ontstaan uit de fusie tussen Movares en Innovus Smart Engineering in 2023. Sindsdien is de organisatie via een actieve buy-and-build strategie uitgegroeid tot één van de grootste ingenieursbureaus van Nederland, met circa 2.300 FTE en een omzet van ongeveer €350 miljoen. Movares is private equity-backed door Convent Capital en heeft haar hoofdkantoor in Wonderwoods in Utrecht. Movares bevindt zich in een duidelijke groeifase. De komende jaren ligt de focus op verdere schaalvergroting, integratie, professionalisering en waardecreatie. Het functieprofiel Als Senior Business Controller stap je in op een uniek moment. Movares groeit hard en bevindt zich in een fase waarin verdere professionalisering, integratie en performance management steeds belangrijker worden. In deze rol ben je de financiële sparringpartner van de business en speel je een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van de performance, voorspelbaarheid en verdere ontwikkeling van de marktunit. Je bent financieel eindverantwoordelijk voor de marktunit Infra, Water & GeoSolutions en vormt een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de Managing Director en het managementteam.
