Daarvoor moet je verder kijken, kritische vragen stellen en begrijpen wat financiële keuzes betekenen voor de organisatie op de lange termijn. Als Senior Business Controller ben jij degene die dat perspectief inbrengt. Je toetst plannen op financiële haalbaarheid, maakt risico's inzichtelijk en adviseert management en directie over de keuzes die voor hen liggen. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie, maar zorgt er ook voor dat deze informatie daadwerkelijk wordt gebruikt. Je komt terecht bij een maatschappelijke organisatie die al zo'n 25 jaar gemeenten ondersteunt met betrouwbare informatie en samenwerking binnen het publieke domein. Met ongeveer 100 medewerkers draagt de organisatie bij aan dienstverlening rondom onder andere zorg, werk en inkomen, re-integratie en schulden. Binnen deze organisatie krijg je een zelfstandige positie met veel ruimte voor eigen inzicht en initiatief. Je werkt nauw samen met de Financial Controller, de Portefeuillemanager en het directieteam (DT), waarbij jouw financiële expertise een belangrijke rol speelt in de besluitvorming. Functie Jij stelt de vragen die ertoe doen Als Senior Business Controller kijk je verder dan de financiële uitkomst. Je wilt begrijpen waar resultaten vandaan komen, welke aannames eraan ten grondslag liggen en wat er nodig is om de organisatie financieel gezond te houden. Je bent de inhoudelijke kartrekker op het gebied van business control. Dat betekent dat je niet afwacht tot financiële vraagstukken bij je terechtkomen, maar zelf ontwikkelingen signaleert en onderwerpen op de agenda zet.
