The posting

Senior Business Controller Amsterdam Fastned is on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility. Since 2012, we have been building and operating a rapidly growing network of iconic fast-charging stations across Europe powered entirely by solar and wind energy. We now operate over 400 stations across nine countries, with an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 stations by 2030. We are not building infrastructure for its own sake. Every station we open is a tangible step in the transition away from fossil fuels. The Role As our Senior Business Controller , you aren't just crunching numbers, you're a strategic partner supporting and guiding business performance growth. Reporting to the Director FP&A, you'll dive into complex data and turn it into the clear, actionable advice our Directors and (Supervisory) Board need to keep Fastned on track. You'll use your financial expertise to support our teams across Europe, building strong relationships across different cultures and departments along the way. What you'll do - Be a Strategic Partner: Use your business acumen to analyze KPIs and dashboards, highlight trends, providing expert advice that helps Business Managers hit their goals. - Forecast the Future: Build reliable three statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and high-stakes investment decisions. - Own the Budget: Track opex and capex across Europe, benchmarking performance and aligning updated estimates with the business. - Scale for Growth: Identify opportunities to boost financial performance and proactively optimize our business processes, ensuring our financial operations are lean, scalable, and ready to support our rapidly expanding network - Collaborate Across Borders: Work ...
