Jouw takenpakket:

Financiële rapportering & analyse

  • Opstellen, analyseren en interpreteren van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen.
  • Analyseren van winst- en verliesrekeningen, balansen, kostenstructuren en financiële KPI's.
  • Ondersteunen van managementrapporteringen en financiële analyses voor verschillende businessunits.
  • Signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en opportuniteiten op basis van financiële resultaten.

Budgettering & forecasting

  • Meewerken aan de opmaak en opvolging van budgetten en forecastprocessen.
  • Ondersteunen van periodieke financiële prognoses in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Bijdragen aan een correcte en betrouwbare financiële planning.

Business Partnering

  • Opstellen van cashflowprognoses en financiële modellen.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses ter ondersteuning van strategische projecten.
  • Samenwerken met finance-, accounting- en operationele teams om kwalitatieve managementrapporteringen te garanderen.
  • Financiële inzichten vertalen naar concrete aanbevelingen voor de business.

Procesverbetering

  • Actief meedenken over de verdere optimalisatie van financiële processen en rapportering.
  • Nieuwe inzichten ontwikkelen op basis van data-analyse en financiële systemen.
  • Bijdragen aan efficiëntere werkwijzen en continue verbetering binnen de finance-afdeling.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen business controlling, finance of accounting.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig met financiële gegevens.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel. Ervaring met Power BI, SAP of andere reportingtools is een mooie troef.
  • Je kan complexe financiële informatie vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en strategische aanbevelingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en haalt vlot deadlines.
  • Je communiceert sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt je nieuwe systemen en processen snel eigen.
