Als Senior Business Controller speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Je kijkt kritisch naar financiële resultaten, brengt risico's en kansen in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat management en directie beschikken over de inzichten die nodig zijn om vooruit te kijken. Je gaat aan de slag bij een maatschappelijke organisatie die al zo'n 25 jaar gemeenten ondersteunt met betrouwbare informatie en samenwerking binnen het publieke domein. Met ongeveer 100 medewerkers draagt de organisatie bij aan dienstverlening rondom onder andere zorg, werk en inkomen, re-integratie en schulden. Binnen deze omgeving krijg je een zelfstandige positie met directe invloed op de financiële sturing. Je werkt nauw samen met de Financial Controller, de Portefeuillemanager en het directieteam (DT). Samen zorg je ervoor dat financiële keuzes niet alleen goed onderbouwd zijn, maar ook aansluiten op de bredere doelstellingen van de organisatie. Functie Van financiële informatie naar concrete keuzes Als Senior Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder versterken van de financiële sturing. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat er financieel gebeurt, maar onderzoekt ook waarom ontwikkelingen plaatsvinden, welke gevolgen ze hebben en welke keuzes verstandig zijn. Je hebt een kritische blik, stelt de juiste vragen en durft bestaande aannames ter discussie te stellen. Daarbij ben je zelfstandig in je aanpak en weet je jouw adviezen overtuigend over te brengen, ook wanneer belangen uiteenlopen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Strategisch adviseren: je adviseert management en DT over financiële ontwikkelingen, investeringen, risico's en de gevolgen van beleidsmatige en org...
