Het gaat om een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat internationaal actief is binnen de industriële machinebouw. De organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert mobiele breek-, zeef- en verwerkingsmachines voor onder andere de bouw-, recycling- en grondstoffensector. Innovatie, technologie en verdere internationale groei staan centraal binnen de organisatie. Momenteel zijn ze op zoek naar een Senior Business Controller voor de Benelux.

Takenpakket - Senior Business Controller:

  • Optreden als strategische finance business partner voor management en businessunits en ownership nemen over budgettering, forecasting, KPI's en financiële planning.
  • Financiële prestaties diepgaand analyseren vanuit P&L, marges, profitability, werkkapitaal en cashflow, afwijkingen verklaren en inzichten vertalen naar concrete acties voor de business.
  • Management voorzien van heldere financiële rapportering en advies, risico's en opportuniteiten proactief identificeren en processen en efficiëntie structureel verbeteren.

Profiel - Senior Business Controller:

  • Sterk analytisch en financieel inzicht: sterk in P&L, budgettering, forecasting, KPI's en management reporting en in staat om cijfers te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Echte Finance Business Partner: communicatief sterk en voldoende maturiteit om management en directors te adviseren, ondersteunen en challengen.
  • Hands-on & businessgericht: zeer goede kennis van Excel, proactieve mindset, vlot in Nederlands en Engels en bereid om regelmatig tussen Schoten en Rotterdam te werken.
