The posting

Als Senior Business Controller verbind je finance met Sales, Supply, Operations en het management. Je vertaalt financiële gegevens naar heldere inzichten en ondersteunt de organisatie bij strategische en operationele beslissingen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van de maandafsluiting en managementrapportering.
  • Analyseren van resultaten, afwijkingen en businessdrivers.
  • Opvolgen en challengen van budgetten, forecasts, volumes en investeringen.
  • Financiële informatie vertalen naar concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Ontwikkelen van Power BI-datamodellen, rapporten en dashboards.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit, interne controles en financiële processen.
  • Ondersteunen van duurzaamheidsrapportering rond ESG, CSRD en ETS2.
  • Optreden als financiële sparringpartner voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Begeleiden en coachen van een Junior Business Controller.
  • Rapporteren aan de Business Control & Risk Manager.
  • Bachelor of master in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Tussen 5 en 10 jaar ervaring binnen business controlling.
  • Sterke kennis van budgettering, forecasting en managementrapportering.
  • Uitstekende Power BI-vaardigheden, inclusief datamodellen en dashboards.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief.
  • Sterk in business partnering en stakeholdermanagement.
  • In staat om veranderingen en verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
