Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het adviseren van management en directie over strategische en financiële vraagstukken. - Het ontwikkelen van scenarioanalyses en meerjarige financiële inzichten. - Het versterken van de planning- en controlcyclus en het verbeteren van stuurinformatie. - Het beoordelen van investeringsvraagstukken en strategische keuzes binnen vastgoed en bedrijfsvoering. - Het signaleren van risico's en adviseren over mogelijke bijsturing. - Het verbinden van financiële inzichten met de maatschappelijke doelen Functie-eisen Dit ben jij - Ruime ervaring als business controller, concerncontroller, senior financial controller of vergelijkbare strategische financiële functie. - Ervaring binnen de woningcorporatiesector (harde eis). - Sterke kennis van planning & control, begrotingen, prognoses en scenarioanalyses. - Ervaring met investeringsvraagstukken en meerjarige financiële strategie. - Het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken helder uit te le...
