Als Senior Account Manager Banden ben jij de commerciële motor achter een nieuw groeiverhaal binnen de Belgische markt. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om een innovatief bandenconcept verder uit te rollen, relaties uit te bouwen met bandencentrales en dealerbedrijven en nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten te creëren. Je beheert je eigen regio, bepaalt mee de strategie en bent rechtstreeks betrokken bij de verdere groei van de business.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten binnen de banden- en automotive sector.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met bandencentrales, dealerbedrijven en garagegroepen.
  • Introduceren en positioneren van een nieuw bandenconcept in de Belgische markt.
  • Opbouwen van een sterke salespipeline en realiseren van commerciële groei.
  • Detecteren van markttrends en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten, marktontwikkelingen en logistieke oplossingen.
  • Opvolgen van concurrentie, prijsontwikkelingen en innovaties binnen de bandenmarkt.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere strategie en uitbouw van het concept.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met Belgische en internationale collega's.
  • Rapporteren over commerciële resultaten, marktontwikkelingen en groeikansen.

  • Initiële focus: Limburg, Kempen en Antwerpen.
  • Op termijn uitbreiding naar heel België.

Vereist profiel

We zoeken geen klassieke accountmanager, maar een ondernemer binnen sales. Iemand die energie krijgt van nieuwe markten ontwikkelen, deuren openen en duurzame partnerships uitbouwen.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen accountmanagement of business development.
  • Ervaring binnen de bandenwereld of automotive sector is een absolute must.
  • Grondige kennis van de bandenmarkt, merken, toepassingen en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Bestaand netwerk binnen bandencentrales, dealerbedrijven of automotive spelers is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met hunting, prospectie en marktontwikkeling.
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Ondernemende en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Durft initiatief nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Commercieel sterk én strategisch denkend.
  • Voelt zich comfortabel in een pioniersrol.

Talen

  • Nederlands: uitstekend.
  • Frans: goed professioneel niveau.
  • Engels is een plus.
