Jij leidt het business development team, onderhoudt duurzame relaties met bestaande opdrachtgevers en partners, en breidt actief ons internationale portfolio uit. Met jouw visie en ervaring weet je commerciële kansen te vertalen naar concrete projecten en samenwerkingen die passen bij de ambities van MVSA. Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden - Leidinggeven aan het business development team en richting geven aan de commerciële strategie. - Onderhouden en verdiepen van relaties met bestaande opdrachtgevers, ontwikkelaars, investeerders en publieke partijen. - Identificeren en realiseren van nieuwe businesskansen, met een sterke focus op internationale markten. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische plannen voor markt- en portfolio-uitbreiding. - Coördineren van aanbestedingen, pitches en samenwerkingen met (internationale) partners. - Vertegenwoordigen van MVSA Architects op (inter)nationale events, beurzen en netwerkbijeenkomsten. - Nauw samenwerken met de directie, designteams en marketing om de positionering van het bureau te versterken. Jouw Profiel - Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring in business development, bij voorkeur binnen architectuur, vastgoed of design. - Aantoonbare ervaring met internationale marktontwikkeling. - Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, met een scherp oog voor kansen. - Leiderschapskwaliteiten: je motiveert, verbindt en stuurt op resultaat. - Strategisch denkvermogen met gevoel voor design, innovatie en de waarden van MVSA. - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (andere talen zijn een pré).
