Als Senior Business & Financial Controller maak je deel uit van het Controlling Team en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen Finance, management en de operationele diensten. Je vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten, ondersteunt onderbouwde besluitvorming en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van de financiële en strategische doelstellingen van ZAS. Zo combineer je financiële expertise met een sterke businessblik en maak je impact door samenwerking, verbetering en professionalisering.

OVER DE JOB

  • Budget & forecasting – Je coördineert het budget- en forecastproces, analyseert resultaten, KPI's en afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten.
  • Financiële businesspartner – Je bent de financiële sparringpartner voor jouw clusters en ondersteunt management en directie bij financiële en strategische vraagstukken. Je treedt daarbij op als vertrouwde adviseur voor directie, management en budgethouders en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar duidelijke beleidsaanbevelingen.
  • Analyse & advies – Je maakt businesscases, rendabiliteitsanalyses en benchmarks en ondersteunt investerings- en verandertrajecten met financiële analyses en scenario's.
  • Van cijfers naar actie – Je signaleert risico's, opportuniteiten en efficiëntiewinsten en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar concrete aanbevelingen en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Controlling in beweging – Je optimaliseert processen, rapporteringstools en werkmethodes en je neemt een trekkersrol op in de verdere professionalisering en innovatie van controlling binnen ZAS.
  • Talentontwikkeling - We zetten actief in op het ontwikkelen van je talenten, zowel wat de verschillende disciplines binnen financiën betreft als op het vlak van persoonlijke ontwikkeling. As senior controller ondersteun en coach je collega's binnen het controllingteam, deelt expertise en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van financiële kennis en best practices binnen de organisatie.

OVER JOU

  • Opleiding & ervaring – Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een economische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) met minstens 5 tot 8 jaar relevante werkervaring. Ervaring in de zorgsector of grote organisaties is een plus.
  • Technische vaardigheden – Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office. Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van Excel. Kennis van Power BI / Power Query zijn een troef, maar kan je ook ‘on-the-job’ leren. Vertrouwdheid met ERP Systemen is een troef.
  • Analytisch & probleemoplossend – Je combineert analytische scherpte met een kritische businessblik. Je bent in staat om financiële analyses te koppelen aan strategische vraagstukken en impactvolle aanbevelingen te formuleren voor het management
  • Proactief & initiatiefrijkJe neemt initiatief, detecteert verbetermogelijkheden en initieert optimalisatie- en verandertrajecten.
  • Communicatie & coördinatie – Je communiceert vlot, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en coördineert waar nodig. Je werkt zelfstandig én functioneert goed in teamverband.
  • Strategisch inzicht – Je legt makkelijk verbanden tussen cijfers en bedrijfsactiviteiten, onderscheidt hoofd- en bijzaken en plaatst analyses in een breder strategisch kader. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de financiële en strategische besluitvorming van de organisatie.
