Voor het winnen van aanbestedingen voor de aanleg van kabels en leidingen zijn wij op zoek naar een senior calculator bij A.Hak International en Leidingbouw op ons kantoor in Tricht. In deze rol begin je met het beoordelen van de aanvraag van onze opdrachtgever. Aan de hand van het bestek dat is aangeleverd bedenk je hoe het project het best kan worden uitgevoerd en wat daarvoor benodigd is. Hierbij kun je denken aan de benodigde machines, manuren en materialen. Ook bedenk je hoe we ons werkterrein gaan inrichten en met welke omgevingsfactoren we te maken krijgen. Je haalt informatie op bij leveranciers m.b.t. levertijden en kosten en overlegt met collega's, en eventueel met onderaannemers, over de juiste uitvoeringsmethode. Als je het project goed in beeld hebt begin je met het berekenen van de kostprijs en stel je de aanbiedingstukken samen. In deze dynamische rol zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat we nóg meer mooie projecten kunnen opleveren. Het draait zeker niet alleen om de prijs, maar het gaat vaak om de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (EMVI). Het is belangrijk dat je deze werkwijze goed begrijpt en snel ziet wat de opdrachtgever het belangrijkst vindt. - Jij bepaalt en stelt de tender/calculatieplanning en projectplanning op. - Jij stelt zelfstandig de complexere calculaties en begrotingen op en maakt offertes aan de hand van aangeleverde bestekken, vraagspecificaties en projectomschrijvingen. - Jij maakt een QuickScan contract met kansen & risico's. - Je geeft vakspecifiek input aan de bouwteams. - Het begeleiden van de (junior) kostenengineers.
