Senior calculator Zwolle Jij ontwerpt de financiële logica achter complexe civiele inschrijvingen. Voordat er gerekend wordt, bepaal je samen met het tenderteam welke onderdelen het projectresultaat werkelijk sturen. Daarna bouw je een calculatie die niet alleen concurrerend is, maar ook na gunning bruikbaar blijft als stuurinstrument voor het uitvoeringsteam. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het ontwikkelen van de ramings- en prijsstrategie voor omvangrijke civiele aanbestedingen; - Het doorgronden van contractdocumenten, ontwerpuitgangspunten en vraagspecificaties; - Het bepalen van kostendragers, prijsgevoeligheden en maatgevende projectscenario's; - Het opstellen en valideren van integrale begrotingen voor arbeid, materieel, materiaal en onderaanneming; - Het kwantificeren van risico's, kansen, onzekerheden en contractuele verplichtingen; - Het berekenen van tijdelijke maatregelen, verkeersfaseringen, ombouwmomenten en logistieke beperkingen; - Het toetsen van ontwerpvarianten op kosten, maakbaarheid, levensduur en uitvoeringsduur; Functie eisen Je ziet een begroting niet als een verzameling regels, maar als een model van de toekomstige uitvoering. Je kunt afstand nemen om het totale risicobeeld te beoordelen en vervolgens inzoomen op een productie, offerte of eenheidstarief. Wanneer informatie ontbreekt, weet jij welke aanname verdedigbaar is en welke onzekerheid eerst moet worden opgelost. Voor deze sleutelpositie verwachten we: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Civiele Techniek, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare studierichting; - Ruime ervaring met calculatie en prijsvorming binnen de civiele techniek of GWW; - Aantoonbare betrokkenheid bij complexe en financieel omvangrijke aanbestedingen; - Diepgaande kennis van grondwerk, infrastructuur, riolering, waterbouw of civiele kunstwerken; - Grondige kennis van contractvormen zoals RAW, UAV, UAV-GC en bouwteamovereenkomsten; - Ervaring met kostprijsmodellen, probab...
