Als senior calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige prijsvorming van grootschalige aanbestedingen. In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij:

  • Het diepgaand analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, lastenboeken en plannen om een volledig beeld te krijgen van de technische en financiële scope.
  • Het opvragen, documenteren en kritisch spiegelen van prijsgegevens bij onderaannemers en leveranciers, zodat je altijd werkt met de meest actuele marktcondities.
  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde ramingen en kostprijscalculaties, waarbij je ook na de start van het project de vinger aan de pols houdt via nacalculaties.
  • Het adviseren van de directie en het management over de financiële haalbaarheid en de commerciële kansen van nieuwe bouwprojecten.
  • Het uitvoeren van grondige risicoanalyses op vlak van contractvoorwaarden en technische uitvoerbaarheid om onvoorziene verrassingen te elimineren.
  • Het intensief samenwerken met collega-specialisten om de slimste uitvoeringsmethoden en materiaalkeuzes te integreren in je berekening.

Profiel

In de rol van senior calculator is je technische inzicht je grootste troef, maar we waarderen vooral je nauwkeurige en kritische blik.

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding in de bouwkunde en hebt een hart voor cijfers en techniek.
  • Kennis van of interesse in digitale tools zoals BIM-software, Solibri of Bluebeam is een groot pluspunt; wij voorzien de nodige interne opleidingen om je hierin een expert te maken.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte communicator in het Nederlands die moeiteloos complexe informatie vertaalt naar heldere adviezen.
  • Woonachtig in de ruime regio van Antwerpen of Genk, zodat je gemakkelijk aansluiting vindt bij jouw team op kantoor.
