Senior Calculator Renovatie & Verduurzaming - Nijmegen - 40 uur - In loondienst - €5200 - €6400 Werk aan projecten die ertoe doen, met de ruimte die je als vakman verdient Aanbod Je komt terecht in een organisatie die staat als een huis. Het werk is er structureel, de projecten zijn divers en je collega's zijn vakgenoten die weten wat ze doen. Je krijgt een contract voor onbepaalde tijd, een salaris dat past bij je ervaring en een pakket aan secundaire voorwaarden dat gewoon goed geregeld is. Je ontvangt: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €5.200 en €6.400, afhankelijk van je ervaring en wat je meebrengt; - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met zekerheid en continuïteit; - 43 vakantiedagen op jaarbasis, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om bij te komen; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO Bouw en Infra, inclusief pensioenopbouw en reiskostenvergoeding; - Een lease-auto of mobiliteitsbudget, afhankelijk van je voorkeur; - Een laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Ruimte om je werk op je eigen manier in te richten, zonder onnodige controle; - Een informele en volwassen cultuur waarin je als gelijke wordt behandeld; - Korte lijnen naar collega's, directie en uitvoering; - Vaste collega's die hun vak verstaan en met wie je prettig kunt samenwerken; - De mogelijkheid om mee te denken over verbeteringen en werkprocessen.
