Als Senior Campagnemanager zorg jij ervoor dat onze campagnes opvallen, klanten in beweging brengen én resultaat opleveren. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter onze marketingcampagnes. Van briefing tot evaluatie houd jij de regie. Je vertaalt ideeën naar effectieve campagnes die bezoekers naar onze winkels en online kanalen trekken. Met jouw ervaring ontwikkel je niet alleen sterke campagnes, maar help je ook mee om onze marketingaanpak steeds slimmer en effectiever te maken. Je ziet kansen, denkt vooruit en neemt junior collega's mee in jouw kennis en ervaring. - Je ontwikkelt, realiseert en optimaliseert marketingcampagnes en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige campagneproces: van briefing en planning tot uitvoering, evaluatie en optimalisatie; - Je analyseert resultaten, marktontwikkelingen en klantgedrag en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen; - Je zorgt voor een consistente merkuitstraling binnen alle campagnes; - Je bewaakt planningen, budgetten en deadlines en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt; - Je stuurt interne collega's en externe bureaus aan en zorgt dat iedereen dezelfde kant op werkt; - Je begeleidt en coacht de junior campagnemanager bij de professionele ontwikkeling; - Je onderhoudt contact met en onderhandelt met mediapartners voor een optimaal bereik; - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van marketing, vormgeving, PR en communicatie; - Je rapporteert aan de Manager Marketing, Communicatie en PR.
