Wat ga je doen? Als career coach combineer je recruitment, sales, accountmanagement en coaching . Je bouwt zelfstandig aan een sterk netwerk van opdrachtgevers en professionals en weet commerciële kansen om te zetten in duurzame samenwerkingen. Je adviseert organisaties over hun personeelsbehoefte en helpt professionals bij de volgende stap in hun carrière. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om je eigen aanpak te bepalen en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je resultaten. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk van opdrachtgevers en professionals. - Werven en selecteren van professionals voor openstaande vacatures. - Adviseren van organisaties over hun personeelsbehoefte en mogelijke oplossingen. - Begeleiden en adviseren van professionals bij hun carrièreontwikkeling. - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken en zelfstandig onderhandelen over samenwerkingen. - Signaleren en benutten van nieuwe commerciële kansen. - Werken aan jouw eigen resultaten én bijdragen aan de doelstellingen van het team. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in Delft. Je start met een uitgebreid onboardingtraject en krijgt een ervaren collega als buddy. Zo leer je de organisatie, werkwijze en markt snel kennen.
