Er wordt gebouwd, verbouwd en geïnvesteerd in woningen, voorzieningen en bedrijven. Dat vraagt om goede vergunningverlening én om een team dat zijn werkwijze en vakkennis blijft ontwikkelen. Als senior casemanager omgevingsvergunningen / bouwplantoetser speel je daarin een belangrijke rol. Je helpt collega's groeien in hun vak, werkt aan duidelijke en werkbare processen en draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige, consistente beoordeling van aanvragen. Je ziet waar het in de praktijk beter kan en helpt verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Daarnaast behandel je zelf complexe aanvragen. Zo verbind je de ontwikkeling van het team met het dagelijkse werk. Dit ga je doen Je draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van onze vergunningverlening. Je signaleert waar beoordelingen, besluiten of werkwijzen uiteenlopen en helpt het team om wet- en regelgeving zorgvuldig en consistent toe te passen. Je bespreekt inhoudelijke vraagstukken met collega's en vertaalt wat je in dossiers ziet naar praktische verbeteringen. Je begeleidt collega's bij complexe aanvragen en bouwplantoetsing. Je denkt met hen mee, stelt vragen en helpt hen hun afwegingen goed te onderbouwen. Daarbij deel je jouw kennis en ervaring, zonder de verantwoordelijkheid voor hun dossiers over te nemen. Ook werk je aan de verbetering van werkprocessen en samenwerking. Je onderzoekt waar dossiers vastlopen, waar afstemming beter kan en hoe we aanvragers duidelijker en tijdiger kunnen informeren.
