De jurist wil zorgvuldigheid. De DCMR wil milieucijfers. Als Senior Casemanager Omgevingswet houd jij die belangen in evenwicht en het tempo erin. Vlaardingen zoekt iemand die complexe vergunningstrajecten doorgrondt en partijen tot een gedragen besluit brengt. Wat ga je doen? Je pakt de complexere vergunningstrajecten op: aanvragen met meerdere deelaspecten (bouw, milieu, monumenten, afwijking bestemmingsplan) of gevoelige locaties. Je bent regisseur van het dossier, niet manager van mensen. Je bewaakt termijnen, kwaliteit en juridische houdbaarheid en betrekt op het juiste moment de juiste collega's en ketenpartners. Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor initiatiefnemers en omwonenden in deze dossiers. Bij vragen of conflicten zoek je het gesprek op. Daarnaast ben je vraagbaak voor medior casemanagers. - Regie voeren over complexe omgevingsvergunningen - Afstemmen met juristen, toezichthouders, beleid en ketenpartners (DCMR, veiligheidsregio) - Bewaken van termijnen, kwaliteit en juridische houdbaarheid - Behandelen van aanvragen met meervoudige aspecten - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor initiatiefnemers en omwonenden - Coachen en ondersteunen van medior casemanagers - Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en kennisborging Wie ben jij? Jij bent een ervaren casemanager die overzicht houdt in dossiers met veel bewegende delen. Procesmatig sterk, communicatief vaardig, rustig onder druk. Je haalt energie uit complexiteit en weet wanneer je opschaalt en wanneer je het zelf afrondt. Wat breng je mee? - HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur juridisch of bouwkundig - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als casemanager of vergunningverlener Omgevingswet - Grondige kennis van de Omgevingswet, het Bbl en bijbehorende AMvB's...
