Jij staat midden in de praktijk en zorgt dat teams nieuwe werkwijzen omarmen. Je bent de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering en maakt verandering zichtbaar in het dagelijks werk. Dit betreft een functie voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Jij maakt het net slimmer bij Alliander. Dit ga je doen De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als Senior Change Consultant Als Senior Change Consultant zorg je dat verandertrajecten landen in de operatie. Je doet dit binnen Operations Decision Support (ODS): een nieuw ingericht team dat als enige veranderteam over de bedrijfsonderdelen heen werkt aan data-gedreven oplossingen voor complexe operationele vraagstukken. ODS zoekt naar oplossingen waardoor we met het schaarse goed aan technische collega's toch meer werk kunnen verzetten. En dat is hard nodig, want binnen dit bedrijfsonderdeel is veel werk te doen. Daarom zoeken we met regelmaat nieuwe collega's die willen bijdragen aan slimme, uitvoerbare oplossingen voor de operatie. Zo helpt ODS de operatie om betere besluiten te nemen, slimmer te werken en verbeteringen sneller toepasbaar te maken in de praktijk. Jij vertaalt strategie naar concrete acties in de regio en begeleidt teams bij het toepassen van nieuwe werkwijzen. Daarbij heb je continu oog voor draagvlak, voortgang en resultaat. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als Senior Change Consultant werk jij hieraan mee. Zo ben jij bezig met het: - Uitvoeren van veranderplannen in één of meerdere regio's. - Vertalen van strategie naar concrete acties en werkafspraken. - Creëren van draagvlak bij stakeholders van monteur tot regiomanager. - Begeleiden van teams door de ADKAR-fasen en stimuleren ...
